    2. Morning Allyson - it is a great line up. Sexy, hot, smoking romance - sounds like my kind of story. This is a series, can you tell us when book 2 is going to be released?

    3. Thanks Kayelle & Michelle :-D

Bits & Bytes book 2 (Toeing the Line) is scheduled for release August 19. I've got another sexy geek hero in book 2, but this new guy also happens to be former Air Force (cuz uniforms, loyalty, and dedication? Hawt!)

      Delete
    4. Yummy a hero in uniform, what's not to love?

  2. Thanks for having us all, Kayelle! I'm so excited to be here with my bear shifters from Predator's Kiss!

    2. Bear shifters oh my! I love shifters, Rosanna and there are never enough bears! It looks like this is also a series, do you have anything you can share with us about book 2?

      Delete
    3. Thanks Kayelle and Michelle! So glad to be here! Book 2 has just been submitted and is tentatively called Predator's Serenade. The begrudging hero will be Soren Snow, rockstar drummer and brother to my current hero Ryland. I am pairing him with the exact sort of woman he despises...but you will have to wait and see who! Hee hee. I can tell you this: someone gets tied up.

      Delete
    4. Yay Soren! (and Ryland too :-D) I know, they're taken, but I can still adore them on the page, and dream.

      Delete
    5. LOL Rosanna, love the hint!

    6. It's always interesting to see men who are players get hooked up with someone they don't think is their type. I'm sure Soren's tale will be quite interesting Rosanna :)

    7. Hi Ndayeni,

Rosanna writes such yummy alpha males. I love stories where the macho man ends up with the girl, not of his dreams, but she really is. Wow did that make sense?

      Delete
    8. Thanks for visiting, N'day! I do hope Soren redeems himself in book two...think he will?

      Delete
    9. I think he'd learned his lesson by the end of book 1, so will be interesting to see if the lesson sticks or if he backslides into his old lecherous ways.

  3. Congrats to everyone with a new release.

    1. Hi Allie,

Having a new release is so exciting. I need to get busy and finish my WIP so I can have another new release! Don't you have a new book about to release?

      Delete
    2. Yes, Michelle...you aren't busy enough, huh? We'd love to hear more from you!

      Delete
    3. I'm working on a plan Rosanna - I want to get my computer set up so I can talk to it and it will type for me. The only draw back is if it gets confused and adds the wrong info to the wrong doc. I'm still working on the details, I'll let you know if it works.

      Delete
    4. Michelle, yes I do! My shifter romance, In Season (Children of Nanook Book 2), the sequel to Mating Season, comes out from LSB on June 17. I'm doing the countdown to release day.

  4. Thanks so much for hosting us, Kayelle! It's a pleasure to be on your blog with the Bolivian mountain gods from Alpine Attraction! Best of luck to all the new LSB releases.

    1. With mountain gods, no wonder there's an alpine attraction! ^_^

      Delete
    2. Ditto from me Kayelle! Your blog is great. Bolivian mountain gods, yum. I've read several of your books Ann, haven't gotten to this one yet but it's in my eReader and on my list for TBR soon! You've had a lot of new releases - do you have a wild, happy dance party every release day? If you do, can I come for a visit ~smiles~

      Delete
    3. Nope, Michelle. No happy dance party for the new releases. I'm way too busy trying to promote them. Snort! A party would be great, though. I'll have to take it under consideration. You're always welcome in the mountains for a visit, though. I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

      Delete
    4. Ann, Ann, Ann - no happy dance party? Oy's you need to consider faster LOL. The other day I ran across a site that sells ice-cube trays that make penis shaped ice-cubes and I'm pretty sure they had cookie cutters too, we could have a blast. I love mountains, Mt. Rainer in Washington state is a hop, skip, and a jump from where I live. You're in California somewhere right?

  5. And the book budget gets blown wide open! :-)

As far as Rosanna's bears are concerned Soren is quite happy as my book boyfriend so no getting too close or any silly ideas as you read her awesome book. He is quite taken! ;-)

Also I know the (you think I'm crazy possessive) lovely person who considers Rhull hers so again, I would suggest admiring from very afar! The book is worth reading no matter the threat(s) from possessive ladies who consider book boyfriends to reside within - what? No one ever said you couldn't have more than one :-)

And don't get me started on sexy wolves or Alpine gods :-D

LSB has the goosa when it comes to smexy hotties you wanna keep forever locked in a cage in the basement :-) :-)

    1. Heather, my friend! Thanks for visiting! Yes, it is true I promised Soren to Heather quite some time ago, and he is quite happy in her depraved company. However, we can share him around just a little, right, Heather? :)

    2. You can't keep *all* the irresistible guys, Heather. Though I don't blame you one bit for collecting :-D

      Delete
    3. I think Heather should get to keep *all* the irresistible guys - you can just write more ~grinz~

      Delete
    4. O.o You make a very good point, Michelle. Heather, think you can handle more? I think the gauntlet has just been thrown down and I'm up for the challenge ;-)

      Delete
    5. I love a challenge, Allyson, glad you do too!

      Delete
    6. Hi Heather, my RT buddy! Our paths keep crossing. I agree with Michelle. If you keep all the book boyfriends, it will inspire us to create more of them. LOL

      Delete
    7. Hey there, Heather!

You are correct on the claiming of Rhuul as a book boyfriend. Challenge that claim at your own peril. The young lady in question is packing heat!

      Delete
    8. Ooooh.... Look at all the lovely new book boyfriends! :) And yes Rhuul is MINE *eyes everyone* Signed, notarized and tattooed on his ass "Property of Angel". You all may look and definitely read his story (which is amazing btw) but no touchies LOL. (And Rosanna my tattoo gun is ready and waiting for Edan whenever he gets his story):P

Now off to Liquid Silver to blow what's left of my book budget!

      Delete
    9. Thanks Angel- you will see at least more of Edan July 15! :)

      Delete
  6. Hi Heather, I need a basement, LOL! I know what you mean about having more than one book boyfriend, I've actually lost count. It's a good thing my eReader holds lots of books and I can add a memory card if needs be ~smiles~ so keep those hot, sexy hunks comin. I'll build a basement if I have to.

    1. As I've told my pals ad nauseum, Michelle, I keep Jamie Fraser in my sex dungeon. He is quite happy with the, ahem, accommodations. ;)

      Delete
    2. You have a sex dungeon? Okay ditching the basement and looking for plan for a sex dungeon. Any tips on how big it needs to be, Rosanna?

      Delete
    3. Congratulations to all our authors. WTG. Great first day. And thanks to RLE for the invite. We very much appreciate it.

      Delete
    4. How big is your man, Michelle? Jamie is, um, large, so we gave him a lot of space to throw me around. ;)

      Delete
    5. Well, the one in my book, Jawk (a Liquid Silver title, btw) is quite large and spacious. It has extra rooms! How much space do you need for what you plan to do? Maybe a one-room cozy type will be fine...

      Delete
    6. With room for a fridge...those big boys get hungry after exerting themselves. ;)

      Delete
    7. Okay Rosanna you can borrow Soren to do thr book tour. I know you will take good care of him :-)

Allyson is right there is always room for more book boyfriends. I even have one of Nulli's demons - talk about a handful *smiles*

As for the basement Rosanna helped me design it so you KNOW ALL the boys are quite happy with their accomadations ;-)

      Delete
    8. Hi Roscoe, welcome to the party! I seem to remember so hot, sexy hunks in your books too. Did you let Heather have them for her book boyfriend stable?

      Delete
    9. Big, Rosanna, I like my men to be tall and strong and big! So I need to plan on the large size sex dungeon - got it. Do you have pads on the walls for the 'throwing around'?

      Delete
    10. Large, spacious, and extra room, Kayelle - now we are talking. Looking for more plans now.

      Delete
    11. LOL Heather, glad to hear the boys are happy with their play room. Just how many 'boys' do you have?

      Delete
    12. Hmmmm...Books be damned. Maybe Michelle needs a basement to stash all those lucious men.

      Delete
    13. I called the contactor, Ann. I have a problem - I live in Washington state in the rain forest - the contractor tells me if they dig a whole as big as I'm asking for it will create a new lake in the area. Looking at plan B, stay tuned.

      Delete
    14. Oh my! I can't wait to see plan B, Michelle.

      Delete
    15. Hi Kayelle, I'll update you on plan B a little late - this contractor is a hunk and he brought a friend who is yummy so I'm having a hard time focusing on ... well you get the picture. Back to work.

    16. Oh, me, me!! I want to join in too!! I can hold a hammer...or something...

    17. Rosanna, the boys said to come on over, they've got a few tools you can hold. Do you have experience with pressure regulators and ballcocks? Wow plumbers are so hard...wait, plumbing, I meant to say plumbing.

      Delete
    18. Oh, dear...now I'm thinking of power tools.

      Delete
    19. LOL Patricia, and the problem with that would be?

      Delete
    20. I'm already there...waiting...where's my sexy plumber???

      Delete
    21. No problem with power tools. None at all. :D

      Delete
    22. Sorry Rosanna, we got a little side tracked discussing the technical issues involved with plumbing. Really, honest we were just talking ~wink~

      Delete
    23. LOL Patricia, I'm thinking I need a new tool box for all the power tools I've learned about today!

      Delete
    3. Hi Michelle! I am sure Rune is up for friendly grabbing.

      Delete
    4. I love it when a man is up for grabbing, Emma! Maybe he can come help with plan B.

      Delete
    5. Rune adores helping a woman with plan. He's always ready and willing to help!

      Delete
    6. Great Emma, tell him to bring his own tool belt and a couple extra if he has them, the boys seem to have misplaced theirs. I offered to help find them but my hands are a little busy at the moment holding some tools.

      Delete
    7. I'll send him over with his tool belt, and maybe add in a couple of extra tools as well.

      Delete
    8. You're the best Emma. Can you get him to stop for some more ice, whip cream, marshmallows, and some dark chocolate. Oh and olive oil - don't ask ~grinz~

      Delete
    9. Yep, I will tell him. Rune loves chocolate syrup on everything. ;)

    10. I'm drooling over the image you guys are portraying here. In other words, you're doing your job well. LOL

      Delete
    11. Thanks! But, really, Rune does the job himself ~wink~ What else can you expect from the son of Thor when he's willing to help a woman in need?

      Delete
    12. Okay, there is a break in the plumbing action here in Washington, Emma so tell Rune I'm really good with chocolate syrup and I have 'everything' so he can get to work.

    1. Hi Nulli Para, welcome to the fun. I think someone was drooling over Rhuul a little earlier, you might want to check and make sure he is still where you put him.

    2. Rhuul was claimed before he was read or released. I just stood back and watched those wings spread before he flew off for a few days. He'll be back, nagging me about his sequel. :)

      Delete
    3. LOL Don't you hate it when the ones who can fly take advantage like that? Danged wingies...

      Delete
    4. Maybe Rhuul needs a tool belt Nulli! I'm sure we can find one that will fit. How big is he again?

      Delete
    5. Rhuul's a big guy. He's about 6'5". All brawny and moody.

      Delete
    6. Brawny and moody, nice - does he like chocolate?

    7. This comment has been removed by the author.

    1. Hi Patricia, pull up a chair, grab a drink, and tell us all about your alpha male! We are collecting 'book boyfriends' and your hero is on the plate. Well, not a real plate, but you know what I mean. We want to put him through his paces and see if he delivers!

      Delete
    2. Welcome to RLF. :) Yes, do tell us!

    3. Thanks, guys! My alpha hero, Marco, is tall, dark and oh so handsome. He's a true alpha and likes to be in charge, but he's never rude or overbearing. Just protective and commanding. I know it's weird, but I developed a little crush on him while writing Ready for Seduction. Seems like he seduced me too. Just love those manly men!

      Delete
    4. Yum, a commanding alpha male, what's not to love! My above ground basement is getting bigger by the minute. Hmm, if it's above ground can I still call it a basement. The walls are going to be concrete to prevent disturbing the neighbors.

Jake & Lillian were a great first book in the series.

      Delete
    3. Hi Heather - thank you for the awesome review, I'm so glad you enjoyed it :-)

I'm working on Sasha's story as we speak, and hope to have the first draft finished in a couple of weeks. With reviews and edits, and everything else, I'm hoping it will be published Sept / Oct. Fingers crossed!

  14. Hi Kayelle! I am so glad you offered LSB your blog as a spot to visit cause it gave me a chance to meet you & get a new Twitter enabler/book buddy friend! I am also thrilled to meet the last few LSB authors I have nor been able to twitter/goodreads stalk to meet! :-D

Michelle it was really fun meeting you - mostly cause we think alike! I have a name for you - the abovement? Hey I know MOM room - Michelle's Only Man room! :-D Assuming you can get it built before you outgrow it ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi Heather, it's been a blast meeting you too. I love the new name - abovement, has a nice ring to it. MOM room - that works because the neighbors will think I built it for the kids - hey wait - Michelle's Only Man - are you saying I only get one?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Oh hells no! Lol If you only get one then I only get one & I don't know how to do that ;-).

Its "Michelle's Only" - so the rest of you stay out & leave my MEN alone unless I invite you in - Man or Men room - as in where you keep your Men.

Since you are having to build a visible structure instead of a basement - which not everyone automatically sees - I figured you needed to name it something that signifies your property without saying what its purpose is. ;-)
